Processing/Shipping

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before your order is shipped. Expedited shipping is available make sure to check out with the correct option. 

Due to worldwide issues items may be but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience.

Note: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been placed.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality, but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please make sure that items are untouched, and that they are returned in the same conditions items were received.

We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at @mondylashes@gmail.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file. 

Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800)275-8777
